Terms of use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pinnacle Academy website, mobile app and all courses, live classes, recorded lectures, notes, tests and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account, making a purchase or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy.

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
• Your account is personal. You are responsible for all activity under it and must keep your password confidential.
• An account may be logged in on at most 2 devices at a time. Logging in on additional devices may sign you out elsewhere or be blocked. Account sharing is not permitted.

• When you enrol, you receive access for the validity period shown on the item page (or lifetime access where stated), starting from the date of enrolment.
• Live class schedules, faculty, syllabus coverage and course structure may change for academic or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of significant changes and to provide recordings or replacement sessions.
• Live classes are streamed through embedded YouTube players and require a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your device, network or third-party platforms.
• Free previews, demo classes and free tests may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

All videos, live sessions, notes, PDFs, questions, solutions, graphics and software are owned by Pinnacle Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access the content you are entitled to, for your own learning, through the Services.

You must not, and must not help anyone else to:

• record, screenshot, download, copy, print or redistribute protected content except where a download option is provided;
• share your login, resell access, or upload our content to any website, app, group or channel;
• remove or obscure watermarks, or bypass any technical protection or device limit;
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the Services.

Content may carry a visible watermark identifying your account. Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and we may take legal action.

• Tests must be attempted honestly and individually. Any form of unfair means is prohibited.
• Proctored exams may require fullscreen mode and record tab switches or other violations; an exam may be auto-submitted when the permitted limit is exceeded.
• Scores, ranks and percentiles are calculated among students who attempted the same test on our platform and are indicative only.
• Questions and answer keys are prepared carefully; if an error is found, we may re-evaluate results.

• All prices are shown in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
• Coupons and offers are subject to their own conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Where installment payment is offered, access may be paused if a due installment is not paid on time and restored once it is cleared.
• We may change prices for future purchases at any time; changes never affect orders already paid for.

Refunds are governed by our Refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In live chat, doubts and reviews, be respectful and stay on topic. Do not post abusive, misleading, illegal or promotional content, or personal information about others. We may moderate, hide or remove content and restrict chat access for anyone who breaks these rules.

By posting a doubt, review or message you grant us a licence to display it within the Services and to use anonymised excerpts to improve our teaching.

We work hard to provide high-quality teaching and material, but results depend on each student's own effort and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular score, rank, selection or admission. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Services or put other users or our content at risk. On termination for violation, access to purchased content ends without refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the city of our registered office (2nd Floor, Knowledge Park, MG Road, Bengaluru 560001). We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern amicably.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
